Global Senior Care Company Home Care Assistance Announces Keynote Speakers for its 5th Annual Convention

Howard Behar, Former President of Starbucks, and Bill Novelli, Former CEO of AARP will help Home Care Assistance to introduce a number of innovative new programs that will elevate the standard of care for older adults.

Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) June 27, 2012 - Home Care Assistance, North America’s leading provider of in-home care for seniors, is proud to welcome Howard Behar, Former President of Starbucks, and Bill Novelli, Former CEO of AARP, as keynote speakers for its fifth annual convention. Mr. Behar will share his insights on employee engagement and the ideal customer experience, themes from his tenure at Starbucks and the subject of his book, It’s Not About the Coffee: Leadership Principles from a Life at Starbucks. Mr. Novelli, who is also founder of Porter Novelli and a Professor at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, will be discussing the impending changes to the long-term care paradigm as the population ages at a rapid pace.

The convention will take page on June 28th-29th at the Renaissance Dupont Circle Hotel in Washington.
