CKO Kickboxing’s very first franchise location is excited for their new class expansion to seven days every week! Joseph and Trisha Virga, CKO Kickboxing Carroll Gardens owners announced today additional permanently scheduled classes effective Sunday, July 1st.

"Trisha and I have both been thinking about adding more classes to our schedule for a long time and that time is now. We are pleased to give our clients, whom we feel are the best in the world, what they have been asking for: Sunday CKO Kickboxing classes at our Carroll Gardens location," said Joseph.

For the first time in 4 years Carroll Gardens Sunday class schedule is: 9:30am, 11am and 1pm. The complete additional classes are: Sundays: 9:30am 11am and 1pm; Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 4pm; Mondays and Fridays: 9am.
