Apollo Beach, FL, June 30, 2012 - (PR.com) - The agents of Keller Williams Realty of Sun City Center and Apollo Beach have a culture of philanthropy that has profound effects on the non-profit organizations they connect with and serve in the South Shore area. The agents recently spent an entire day of service out on the property of one particular non-profit, FAVE Boating Expeditions and Eyes on the Sky’s Project Corregidor, improving the landscaping, painting and many other much needed duties to get the location ready to open its doors to the community of soldiers and Veterans in need.

Kelly Kowall, President and Founder of FAVE – Project Corregidor, stated “Having the help from the agents and volunteers was a God-send. There is no way I could’ve transformed the property in such a way without the help of the Keller Williams’ volunteers.” FAVE is still reaping the benefits from RED day, which occurred on May 10, 2012. “I am still getting calls from some of the agents and community members who participated, offering additional donated items and time. Since then, I have also been able to update our video and include images of the new and improved property,” said Kowall. It is this kind of philanthropy occurring within the Keller Williams culture that is a large contributing factor to why the KW agents are so successful and are now number one in the Tampa Bay area.
