Benihana Rolls Out New Menu Items

A New Lounge Menu, Additional Entree and Seven Refreshing Cocktails Round out an Already Impressive Selection

For those looking for a delicious way to relax after a long day's work, Benihana has created a new lounge menu featuring slightly lighter fare. The 1964 Roll offers a variation of a classic with Kani Kami crab, shrimp, cucumber and crunchy spinach tempura bits in a sweet eel sauce. For guests who prefer cuisine with a kick, the Volcano Shrimp – crispy shrimp served on a bed of mixed greens with a creamy spicy dipping sauce – will hit the spot. Or for those who enjoy a more contemporary dish, the lounge menu offers a Trio of Fish Tacos, featuring tuna, salmon and tilapia sashimi with avocado, grape tomato, shallot salsa and taco sauce.

The dish features hibachi salmon with sweet potatoes and vegetables, served with delicious Asian-inspired mango salsa.
