Ron Ben-Bassat Joins Ruskin Moscou Faltischek's Corporate & Securities Department

Uniondale, Long Island, New York, July 24, 2012 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that attorney Ron Ben-Bassat has joined the firm as an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Department and Energy Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ben-Bassat was a corporate associate with a boutique corporate and securities firm located in New Jersey.

Mr. Ben-Bassat’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including the representation of private and public companies in connection with public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate matters. Mr. Ben-Bassat also provides guidance and assistance to independent developers of power plant and transmission line projects as well as utility companies. Mr. Ben-Bassat’s strong corporate governance and corporate finance background complements the firm’s highly respected Corporate & Securities Department.

Mr. Ben Bassat, a resident of Oceanside, New York, has previously interned in the Division of Enforcement at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In addition, Mr. Ben-Bassat was awarded a Citation of Excellence in Securities Clinical Courses from Hofstra University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
