Firm Taps Global Franchise to Leverage Growth Opportunities

July 26, 2012 // Franchising.com // PARSIPPANY, N.J. and ALPHARETTA, Ga. – ERA Real Estate, a leading global real estate franchisor, today announced the franchise affiliation of Atlantic Realty, in Alpharetta, Ga., which will now operate as ERA Atlantic Realty.

Headquartered at 3560 Old Milton Parkway, Atlantic Realty has been one of Metro Atlanta's leading REO listings brokers for the last 10 years, and in 2009, owner Greg Kurzner expanded the company by adding a residential sales division with the goal of becoming a full-service brokerage. In 2011, the firm accounted for nearly $60 million in sales volume.

Kurzner's roots in the market date to 1988, and he has worked in and owned commercial, REO and residential real estate operations during his nearly 25-year career. A Life Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, Kurzner has been recognized as one of the organization's Top 10 producers for the past five years. He received his undergraduate degree in financial management from Clemson University, and went on to earn an MBA from the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
