August 02, 2012 // Franchising.com // LAS VEGAS – Florida is a state that has been hit very hard by economic troubles over the last few years. The state is rebounding, thanks in large part to the outstanding ActionCOACH Business Coaches, who have helped add millions of dollars and hundreds of jobs to the economy. And now, ActionCOACH is proud to announce another coach has joined those ranks as Michael Dill of Coconut Creek is ready to help business owners succeed.
After 18 years as a financial advisor and more than six years as a financial advisor consultant, Dill knew he wanted something more when he came across ActionCOACH.
“I found ActionCOACH through an ad in Success Magazine and once I contacted the company I knew the congruencies between the values and culture of ActionCOACH and myself were there. I love working with people and I live by searching for constant and never ending improvement. I think it’s a perfect match with ActionCOACH,” Dill said.
ActionCOACH is the world’s leader in business and executive coaching. When Brad Sugars, Chairman and Founder, started the company in 1993, the field of business coaching was still in its infancy. By franchising the company in 1997, Sugars helped business coaching become more mainstream turning it into the second fastest growing category behind Information Technology. ActionCOACH specializes in coaching small to medium size business as well as executive teams and group coaching.
As with most people who become an ActionCOACH Business Coach, Dill was ready for a new challenge and ready to be his own boss, while helping to grow his community.
“I was tired of being an employee and having so many external factors have a say in my outcomes,” Dill said. “ActionCOACH is aligned with what I’m looking for and my comfort zone will be continually stretched, which is good. I’m excited to build my practice and help others succeed.”
Dill’s journey as an ActionCOACH firm owner began in Las Vegas, Nevada where the ActionCOACH Global Office is located. Here he spent 10 days training with other new firm owners and business coaches from around the world. They learned the ins and outs of ActionCOACH, how to run a business the ActionCOACH way, branding, systems and techniques, as well as how to apply their knowledge to any business and much more.
In addition to his work with local business owners, Dill is a member of BNI and the local Chamber of Commerce, and works with the community’s Little League and Special Olympics.
ActionCOACH is the world’s number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 44 countries. To learn more, go to actioncoach.com.
