United Country Real Estate Expands Its International Network in Costa Rica

Opens New Affiliate Offices in Dominical, Pavones

August 02, 2012 // Franchising.com // KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Country Real Estate, America’s largest seller of lifestyle real estate in the United States and Central America, has continued its 2012 expansion with 35 new franchises in the U.S. and the opening of two new offices in the Costa Rica, bringing their network size to 511 offices.

The two new offices serving the south-central Pacific coastal areas of Pavones and Dominical, Costa Rica, will augment the company’s existing foothold in the country, which also includes offices in San Jose and Playa Jaco. In other international expansion efforts, United Country has recently established a new office in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
