Tide Dry Cleaners of Kansas City Announces Grand Opening of Tide Dry Cleaners® in Prairie Village

Prairie Village Franchise Aims to “Provide the value of great quality, service and convenience to even more Kansas City area residents.”

PRAIRIE VILLAGE, Kan. - August 15, 2012 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Tide Dry Cleaners of Kansas City, in collaboration with Procter & Gamble (P&G), is bringing industry-leading innovation and breakthrough cleaning technology to its customers with the Grand Opening of its newest Tide Dry Cleaners® store, at 3975 West 83rd Street in Prairie Village, KS. This location is the fourth to open in the Kansas City area.

“Now the people of Prairie Village will get to experience the true value of great quality, service and convenience that Tide Dry Cleaners has been providing for their neighboring communities in South Johnson County,” said Jim Barry, Tide Dry Cleaners franchisee. “We’re very excited to add this fourth Kansas City area location in Prairie Village.”

The new store in Prairie Village will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with city officials and members of the local media on Saturday, August 18th at 9:00 a.m. A Grand Opening Celebration will continue from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. That day, local area residents can bring in 2 items of clothing to be Cleaned for Free (all articles except outerwear, wedding gowns, leather and household items). The Prairie Village store will also offer family entertainment, prizes and giveaways during the event. Also at Tide Dry Cleaners in Prairie Village, Cars 4 Heroes will be giving away two cars to Military personnel and their families at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Tide Dry Cleaners customers can enjoy many unique features, including the convenience of drive-thru concierge services, and access to the “Tide Dry Cleaners Anytime” services, allowing 24-hour pick-up and drop-off.
