First Annual Wellness Recognition Rally To Be Held In Washington, D.C.

On September 15th, “A Better World…Through Your Hands” Gala will be held to honor massage therapists and estheticians in the Greater Maryland, D.C. and Northern Virginia area.

Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) August 16, 2012 - Massage Envy will be sponsoring the First Annual Wellness Recognition Rally for massage therapists and estheticians throughout the Greater Maryland, D.C. and Northern Virginia area on September 15th. The event will be held at the beautiful Warner Theater in downtown Washington, D.C. The gala’s theme this year will be “A Better World….Though Your Hands” and will include two special guest appearances.

The First Annual Wellness Recognition Rally will begin at 6:30pm with red carpet photos, followed by a reception until the curtain opening at 7:30pm. Special guests Dr. Tiffany Field, PH.D, from The Touch Research Institute at the University of Miami Medical School, and CG Funk, LMT, VP of Industry Relations & Product Development at Massage Envy, are featured keynote speakers.

The Wellness Recognition Rally was created to honor the remarkable regional massage therapists and estheticians in the Greater Maryland, D.C. and Northern Virginia area. Awards and prizes will be given out throughout the night, honoring the outstanding local individuals, spas and clinics.
