Metro Chicago Real Estate Agent Rich Toepper Returns to RE/MAX

Rich Toepper, a real estate veteran with more than 20 years experience, recently rejoined the RE/MAX brand as an agent with RE/MAX Unlimited Northwest, 7107 Pingree Road in Crystal Lake, Ill.

Chicago (PRWEB) August 20, 2012 - Rich Toepper, a real estate veteran with more than 20 years experience, recently rejoined the RE/MAX brand as an agent with RE/MAX Unlimited Northwest, 7107 Pingree Road in Crystal Lake, Ill. During his career, Toepper has consistently ranked among the top five agents for units sold annually in the McHenry County segment of the metropolitan Chicago real estate market.

Toepper officially returned to RE/MAX – after stints with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and his own independent real estate company – on June 16.

“My heart has always been with RE/MAX,” Toepper said. “I’m happy to be back with the company. I’m looking forward to continuing to serve my clients with all the resources available to me through RE/MAX.”

Toepper worked with RE/MAX for 10 years before leaving to start his own real estate company in the summer of 1999. He eventually moved to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and sold real estate from that company until this June when he returned to RE/MAX.

“I have always been a fan of the RE/MAX system,” Toepper said. “I went to all the RE/MAX events, the regional conferences, the conventions, the networking events. They offer a lot at RE/MAX to help their agents.”

Toepper also pointed to the fact that RE/MAX professionals operate as independent agents.

“So I enjoy the autonomy that comes with working at a RE/MAX office,” Toepper said. “Too much control doesn’t work for me. I find that the RE/MAX system allows me to be more creative.”

Toepper has held his real estate license since 1985, and in that time he has sold more than 1,100 homes.

Toepper said he is enjoying his return to RE/MAX and is excited to be working with an office staffed by talented real estate professionals.

“I enjoy selling real estate,” Toepper said. “I like the fact that the only limitation on my income is how hard I am willing to work. If you’re a hard worker, real estate is a terrific career, and it gives you the chance to work with people to help them reach their real estate goals.”
