Before joining Coverall in July, Congrove spent 16 years with Brambles: 10 years with CHEP, a pooling solutions company specializing in the provision of reusable pallets, crates and containers and associated logistics services, and six years with Recall North America, which specializes in physical and digital document management solutions.

Both companies experienced tremendous growth during his tenure, and his experience in leading and building teams will assist Coverall as the business focuses on growth and expansion.
