Sixth Johnny Rockets in the Philippines Opens at Harbor Point

New Subic Bay Shopping Mall Welcomes All-American Dining Destination

(Aliso Viejo, Calif.) August 27, 2012 – On August 19, Johnny Rockets unveiled its newest restaurant in the Philippines at upscale Harbor Point mall in the Subic Central Business District. The 1,309-square-foot location marks the sixth restaurant opened by Johnny Rockets franchise partner Camamiq Foods since 2009, joining locations at Tomas Morato Avenue, Robinsons Galleria and Eastwood Mall (Quezon City); Burgos Circle in Forbes Town Center (Taguig City); and Alabang Town Center (Muntinlupa), which opened in March.

Like its counterparts, the new Johnny Rockets restaurant at Harbor Point mall offers delicious all-American fare along with regional favorites in a timeless ambiance. Menu items include juicy Hamburgers, fries served with a ketchup smiley face, and hand-spun Shakes and Malts, as well as sides of local favorites.

The upscale, three-level Harbor Point mall opened in April. Once completed, this lifestyle destination will boast more than 300 high-end dining and retail establishments, along with water features, parks, four digital cinemas and an Activity Center for concerts and events.

“Johnny Rockets is thrilled to introduce local residents and area visitors to the food, fun and friendliness of classic, feel-good Americana,” said Dr. Amable C. Aguiluz IX, Camamiq Foods CEO. “As the ‘Home of the Dancing Servers,’ our staff will make our guests smile with our flavorful fare, friendly service, upbeat music, and spontaneous dance routines.”

“Dr. Aguiluz and his team have opened six restaurants in three years, and operate every location with passion, brand integrity, and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience,” added Steve Devine, president of Johnny Rockets International. “Our restaurants in the Philippines set the bar for marketing excellence and operational efficiency, around the globe.”

Johnny Rockets newest restaurant is located at 1 Harbor Point, near the entrance to the former Subic Bay Naval Base, and employs 33 local residents. It is open from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, Sunday through Thursday, and from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
