September 05, 2012 // // GRAND BLANC, Mich. - J.D. Byrider and Serra Automotive are proud to announce the opening of a new franchise location which will bring a new and exciting option for purchasing used cars to thousands of area residents. The new store, located just two minutes north of the Al Serra Auto Plaza near the corner of S. Saginaw St. and Maple Ave, is the first J.D. “Good cars for people who need credit’ is the J.D. Byrider slogan and that statement explains their corporate philosophy best,” says Joe Serra, Serra Automotive President and new J.D. “We are committed to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction,” says Pascoe. “Our goal is to build a relationship based on trust. Getting people in a quality vehicle, getting them financed and treating everyone with respect is what it’s all about.”
