Three Realogy Executives Named 2013 Women Worth Watching Award Winners by Profiles in Diversity Journal

September 10, 2012 // Franchising.com // PARSIPPANY, N.J. - Realogy Corporation, a leading provider of real estate services, is proud to announce that three of its senior executives from across its businesses were named by Profiles in Diversity Journal as 2013 Women Worth Watching award winners in its Sept./Oct. 2012 issue.

Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate; Pamela Liebman, president and CEO of the Corcoran Group; and Tanya Reu, senior vice president, Human Resources, Realogy Franchise Group and Realogy Corporate Services, were featured among nearly 200 women executives in Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 11th Annual Women Worth Watching issue.

“Each of these executives is well-deserving of this honor based on their exceptional leadership abilities that enable their respective businesses to succeed,” said Richard A. Chris was appointed to lead the launch of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in October 2007. Since its inception, she has grown the company’s network to over 7,600 sales associates across 25 states. Chris is frequently recognized as an innovator within the real estate industry for her social and new media savvy as well as her progressive leadership style. She won a 2010 Stevie Award for Best Executive in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, and that same year was named Inman Innovator of the Year, a prestigious award within the real estate and technology sectors.

Liebman leads The Corcoran Group, an accomplished and diverse group of 3,000 real estate agents and employees in the highly competitive New York City, Hamptons, N.Y., and south Florida markets. She has been honored for her work with several organizations that empower and make life better for women and children, and is a founding board member of the Wipe Out Leukemia Forever Foundation. She is a board member of the USS Intrepid Foundation, and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and American Cancer Society’s CEOs Against Cancer.

Reu oversees all facets of the Human Resources function serving Realogy’s Corporate Services and the Realogy Franchise Group. She is the Chair for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional’s corporate board of governors and is a Board Director for the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Her leadership helps position over 238,500 agents affiliated with Realogy’s residential real estate brands worldwide to better serve the Hispanic and Asian real estate communities through agent education, certification and exposure.

According to Profiles in Diversity Journal, the Women Worth Watching issue highlights and awards companies that support and promote women in leadership, and the Women Worth Watching award is shared with the women executives that have demonstrated outstanding achievement and leadership in their careers.
