Chester's Rolls Back into Town After Devastating Tornado

Thunder Travel Center is Back in the Chicken Business

September 12, 2012 // Franchising.com // Choctaw, OK - Chester's is excited to announce the re-opening of Chester's Chicken on the Fly in Thunder Travel Center. This location, formally known as Anderson Travel Center, was completely destroyed by a deadly tornado two years ago. Thunder Travel Center has been an inspiration to all affected by the tornado.

Chester's great tasting fried chicken is once again available to the Choctaw community, as well as it's interstate travelers. There is something for everyone when it comes to food options in Thunder Travel Plaza.

"We had a successful opening day and hope for the best in the future," said Andrew Getter, Owner of Thunder Travel Center. He continued, "It's a great addition to our other branded programs."

"Mr. Geller at Thunder Travel Center is back in business as a valued member of the Chester's family. I am very excited to be a part of his continued commitment of offering a quality product at a great value to the Choctaw community and the travelers of the I-40 Corridor," said Dave Henderson, Franchise Business Consultant of Chester's International, LLC.
