This loyalty programme has taken it one step further by allowing Hyatt guests to earn and redeem points, not only at Xuan Spa, but at both restaurants, Square One and Opera, as well.

Designed to reward Hyatt guests for all their purchases in the hotel, both non-hotel guests and hotel guests will now be able to reap the benefits. Completely free to sign up, members just need to present their Hyatt Gold Passport account number and valid photo identification to earn five points for every eligible VND 20,800, equivalent to USD 1, spent at Xuan Spa, Square One or Opera.

With Hyatt Gold Passport, members can enjoy exclusive benefits such as:
