JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 20, 2012 // PRNewswire // - American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB: ANPZ), the operator and franchisor of America's award-winning Dick's Wings® restaurants, announced today that it has entered into an agreement for the establishment of a new Dick's Wings® restaurant in Nocatee, Florida.
Nocatee, a new coastal community in Northeast Florida, is located in world renowned Ponte Vedra, Florida, just a few minutes from St. Augustine. American Restaurant Concepts opened its second Dick's Wings® restaurant in the city of St. Augustine earlier this year and has achieved a great deal of success with each of the two restaurants there. The new restaurant in Nocatee will represent the third restaurant that the Company has opened in the greater St. Augustine area. American Restaurant Concepts expects the new restaurant to open in December 2012.
"We are delighted to have entered into an agreement for a new Dick's Wings® restaurant in Nocatee, Florida," stated Michael Rosenberger, CEO of American Restaurant Concepts. "Nocatee is a fast-growing community located in beautiful Ponte Vedra. We expect our new Dick's Wings® restaurant to experience a tremendous amount of success once opened to the public. The restaurant will be located in a brand new plaza and will be open before the end of the year."
American Restaurant Concepts attributes this opportunity to the increased attention it has received from prospective franchisees throughout the year. The Company's decision to open a new restaurant in Nocatee underscores its strategy to open 8-9 additional franchised restaurants through internal marketing efforts in the Company's existing Florida territory. The Company has also taken several steps to expand its footprint outside Florida and into other territories in the Southeastern United States.
"I am very proud of the interest we have been receiving from prospective franchisees," continued Mr. Rosenberger. "We expect to enter into additional agreements for new Dick's Wings® restaurants throughout the balance of this year. This will help us achieve the aggressive growth objectives that we have put in place for the Company during the next 12 months."
