American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. Announces Agreement for New Restaurant in Nocatee, FL

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 20, 2012 // PRNewswire // - American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB: ANPZ), the operator and franchisor of America's award-winning Dick's Wings® restaurants, announced today that it has entered into an agreement for the establishment of a new Dick's Wings® restaurant in Nocatee, Florida.

Nocatee, a new coastal community in Northeast Florida, is located in world renowned Ponte Vedra, Florida, just a few minutes from St. Augustine. American Restaurant Concepts opened its second Dick's Wings® restaurant in the city of St. Augustine earlier this year and has achieved a great deal of success with each of the two restaurants there. The new restaurant in Nocatee will represent the third restaurant that the Company has opened in the greater St. Augustine area. American Restaurant Concepts expects the new restaurant to open in December 2012.
