With highlights about many of the leaders and their common goals in these two separate states, Dahn Yoga Life gives insight into how and why these Dahn Yoga communitymembers choose to fit being a Leader of Energy Meditation Circles into their often very busy lifestyles.
Seungja Kim, the center manager who oversees the Burke, Virginia Energy Meditation Circle leaders comments, “Leading meditation circles are important for core members who want to grow a lot,” She adds, “To be able to use what you have learned, to experience the delight of sharing LifeParticles, and to see others grow the spiritual sense that you have developed through your own practice—that is the essence and joy of a Dahn Yoga practitioner.”
The center in Brea, California has an extensive support network with a large core of Dahn Masters and Dotong Gunjas as role models that help the novice share in the Dahn Yoga benefits they’ve received from their own class participation. Dahn Yoga Life features thoughts from three of Brea’s Energy Meditation Circle leaders where Center manager, Sangkyung Han, who offers special weekly classes for LifeParticle training and also for sharing ideas and news, encourages leaders to keep up with their own personal training to maintain a connection to their inner selves and feel naturally inspired to share their hearts and energy with others.
