Realogy to Present at 2012 Convention of Asian Real Estate Association of America

September 20, 2012 // Franchising.com // Parsippany, N.J. - Realogy Corporation, a global leader in real estate services, will have more than 15 speakers representing its brands and affiliates at general sessions and breakouts during the 2012 Asian Real Estate Association of America Convention. The annual convention, which expects to draw 1,000 attendees, will be held at the Bellagio in Las Vegas on Sept. 23 – Sept. 25.

This year’s convention theme, “Think Forward – Renew, Reinvent, Reconnect,” is focused around discussion topics such as: the power of Asian-American housing consumers; the real estate outlook; recruiting and retaining top talent; securing small business financing; reinventing your business marketing plan; five steps to starting your own brokerage; buying, selling and managing apartment buildings; creating a 2013 business plan; and, financial benefits of franchising, among numerous others.

AREAA's membership represents a broad array of real estate, mortgage and housing-related professionals that serve the diverse Asian-American market. AREAA is the only trade association dedicated to representing the interests of the Asian real estate market nationwide.
