Weichert, Realtors Appoints Bilek as Regional Vice President

October 04, 2012 // Franchising.com // Weichert, Realtors has announced that John Bilek has assumed the role of regional vice president. Bilek will be responsible for the management and growth of seven Weichert sales offices that are located in the Greater Brandywine Valley area of Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Bilek started his career as a Sales Associate in Weichert’s Chadds Ford, Pa., office, where he quickly became one of the company’s top producers. Soon after, he was promoted to the office’s sales manager position, where under his leadership the office grew and consistently met or exceeded goals. During his tenure as manager, Bilek was awarded the Manager of the Year distinction for three out of the past four years, and also was recognized for the highest profitability, leadership and sales growth within the region.

Bilek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University, and recently earned his Master of Business Administration degree in Executive Leadership from the University of Delaware. Bilek, his wife Melissa and their three young daughters reside in Greenville, Del. In addition to leading a region of seven sales offices, Bilek will also continue to manage the Chadds Ford sales office.
