Rick Ross Heats Up Wingstop in Miami

Miami-based Rick Ross Takes Ownership of Wingstop at 20565 Old Cutler Rd.

October 10, 2012 // Franchising.com // RICHARDSON, Texas – Maybach Music Group CEO Rick Ross has added another Wingstop location to his growing collection. Today, Ross and Wingstop announced the platinum recording artist has taken over ownership of the Wingstop at 20565 Old Cutler Road in Miami.

“Miami is my hometown, and I want to share my favorite wings with one of my favorite cities,” Ross said. “This is a hot spot, and the crew is in place and ready to continue serving wings.”

Ross recently opened a second restaurant in Memphis, and has a multi-unit, multi-state development agreement with the growing wing chain.

With a sole focus on cooked-to-order chicken, the Wingstop menu features traditional and boneless wings, chicken strips and Glider sandwiches – all sauced and tossed in 10 original flavors. Homemade side dishes include fresh seasoned fries, cut daily from Idaho potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad.

Ross’ Miami Wingstop is open from 11 a.m. to midnight daily and located at 20565 Old Cutler Road. Call ahead order available at Wingstop.com, via the Wingstop phone app, or at 305-969-WING.
