RE/MAX Synergy Hosts Grand Opening of Flossmoor Office

Flossmoor, IL (PRWEB) October 16, 2012 - RE/MAX Synergy will host a grand-opening celebrating its new Flossmoor office location at 3327A Vollmer Road, Saturday, Oct. 20. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is open to the public.

Relocating from an office in Flossmoor that had less visibility, the new office, which includes more than 3,600 square feet of space, is located in the busy Flossmoor Commons Center, which features plenty of foot traffic.

This extra visibility has already made a difference, said Mike Mondello, the office's Managing Broker.

“RE/MAX Synergy is a very progressive company. One of our goals was to move the office into a location where we could best serve the community, which we have been involved with and committed to for years.” Mondello said. “The retail setting and walk-in traffic has been tremendous. Just the other day, we had three walk-ins within a matter of two hours. That's great for business.”

Flossmoor Mayor Paul Braun and other village dignitaries will be among those attending the grand opening. All guests will enjoy food and refreshments and can participate in a raffle for a flat-panel TV. Office tours will also be given throughout the day.

Along with a desire for greater visibility, RE/MAX Synergy's move was designed to accommodate a growing roster of real estate agents. Mondello reports that the 26 agents who work from the new office are settling in nicely and enjoying an office that features the latest amenities, including two conference rooms, ultra high-speed internet, a walk-up coffee bar and a Cafe style kitchen/lounge with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

“Business has been exceptional since we moved to our new office,” Mondello said. “We are extremely pleased with how the office has been received, both by our agents and by the public.

Knowing that our agents are very happy and the community is well-served is key.”
