Julie D. Halbig Joins Taft
Former Chief of Staff Brings Extensive Experience to Taft’s Governmental Affairs Group
INDIANAPOLIS, IN – October 18, 2012 - Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP announces that Julie D.Halbig has joined the firm as Of Counsel, resident in the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Prior to joining Taft, Halbig served as Chief of Staff for Speaker Brian C. Bosma and the House Republican Caucus of the Indiana House of Representatives from 2008-2012. She also served as Chief Counsel for the caucus from 2004-2007.
At Taft, Halbig will focus her practice on representing clients before the Indiana General Assembly and before regulatory agencies at the state and local level.
She received a B.A. in political science from Indiana University. She earned her J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2003.
