Keller Williams Realty Agents Paint the Town Red through Open House Event

Keller Williams South Tampa Agents are Holding a “Paint the Town Red” Event this Sunday, October 21st, from 1pm-4pm

Tampa, FL, October 20, 2012 - (PR.com) - Keller Williams Realty South Tampa agents are going the extra mile for home sellers to expose listed homes and get them sold. Every month, the agents hold a “Paint the Town Red” event on the third Sunday in order to give home buyers the opportunity to tour a selection of available homes across the Tampa Bay market. This month, the event will be held in Tampa on Sunday, October 21 from 1 to 4.

The KW red signs will be placed in the neighborhoods to direct home buyers to the listed homes. The event is consistent and is held and promoted despite weather forecasts, major conventions and shows in the area, such as the Republican National Convention in August, or other coinciding events. The focus is to draw more attention and traffic to homes located in area neighborhoods and funnel them through to viewings on the same day, which creates more excitement for both home buyers and home sellers. According to local market statistics during the month of September 2012, the supply of homes for sale in Hillsborough County is only 4.6 months. “Consumers in many areas of Tampa Bay are experiencing house hunting trips resulting in multiple offers.
