Caribou Coffee Welcomes Oakdale, Minn. Residents to its Newest Coffeehouse Location

New Coffeehouse Delivers Best-In-Class Beverages, Features Drive-thru Window

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 29, 2012 // PRNewswire // - Brooklyn Center-based Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOU) today announced the opening of a brand new location: its second coffeehouse in Oakdale, Minn., located within the Bergen Plaza shopping complex.

On Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, Caribou officially welcomed Oakdale community residents to this new coffeehouse, located at 7009 10th Street North. Along with offering an array of the delicious handcrafted beverages and food products, which Caribou is known for, the just-opened coffeehouse also features a drive-thru window as a convenience for the local community.

"We're extremely excited to open our second Oakdale location in Bergen Plaza as we continue to grow in the Minneapolis-area," said Alfredo Martel, senior vice president of marketing and product management. Like all Caribou coffeehouses, the new Bergen Plaza location offers a warm, friendly neighborhood environment for local residents to visit. Caribou also takes a community-centric approach when introducing new locations, so the company has designed this coffeehouse to foster an atmosphere where guests can get together and relax. Guests in the Oakdale area will be able to enjoy Caribou's best-in-class line of innovative handcrafted beverages and food items, including the latest additions to its breakfast sandwich line-up: the Spinach, Egg and Swiss Mini Ciabatta and Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit sandwiches.
