Papa John's Reschedules Issuance of Third Quarter 2012 Results Press Release and Associated Conference Call

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - October 30, 2012 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Papa John's International, Inc. (NASDAQ: PZZA) today announced that the press release announcing results for the three and nine months ended September 23, 2012 has been postponed until the close of business on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 due to the severe weather associated with Superstorm Sandy.

In addition, the associated conference call originally scheduled for Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time has been postponed until Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
