Southern Ontario kitchen remodeling company Granite Transformations supplied a new kitchen as grand prize in the Canada’s Baking and Sweets Show Baker's Kitchen Sweepstakes. The winner, J. Verbeek of Oakville Ontario, will receive a kitchen overhaul valued at $30,000.

Oakville, Ontario (PRWEB) October 31, 2012 - Granite Transformations is excited to congratulate J. Verbeek of Oakville Ontario for winning a fully remodeled dream kitchen. This baking enthusiast and Baking and Sweets show attendee will receive a modern, gorgeous and functional new space, perfect for cooking and entertaining.

The 2nd annual Canada’s Baking and Sweets show was held from September 28th to the 30th, 2012. It drew a record number of attendees, most of which were enticed by the impressive draw prize being offered -- a $30,000 bakers kitchen. Thousands entered the sweepstakes for the grand prize, and the contest winner was announced on October 22nd. The announcement was met with excitement and sheer joy.

The baker’s kitchen prize consists of a complete remodel, including a new mosaic back splash, kitchen cabinet refacing, and an engineered granite countertop. The engineered stone countertop is perfect for the home chef, as it will not burn, scratch, or stain. The approximate value of the remodel is $20,000.

The prize also included new appliances from Coast Wholesale Appliances. The winner will have their choice of $10,000 worth of different types of cooking appliances from over 30 reputable brands.

The winner will have all of the excitement of being involved in the design of their new kitchen, without any worry related to the cost of the project. Over the next few months, the Oakville resident will work with the prize providers to create the concept for the redesign, and then over the course of a couple days, the entire project will be complete. As a result of the countertop and cabinet refacing process that Granite Transformations employs, there will be little disruption in the use of Verbeek’s kitchen.
