Halifax Partners With Management to Recapitalize Interim HealthCare, Inc.

WASHINGTON & DALLAS - November 1, 2012 - (BUSINESS WIRE) -The Halifax Group announced today that it has completed, in partnership with management, an investment in Interim HealthCare, Inc. a leading home healthcare franchisor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The current senior executive team will continue to serve in their management roles. Halifax and management provided the equity for the transaction.

Interim, based in Sunrise, FL, is one of the nation's oldest and most comprehensive home health care franchise company. With more than 300 independently owned franchise locations in 43 states, Interim provides skilled home healthcare, home-based hospice care, personal care and independent living support, as well as supplemental healthcare staffing.
