H&R Block to Report Fiscal 2013 Second Quarter Results and Hold Investor Conference on December 6

KANSAS CITY, MO - (Marketwire - Nov 15, 2012) - H&R Block Inc. (NYSE: HRB) will report fiscal 2013 second quarter results at 7 a.m. EST on Thursday, Dec. 6. At that time, a copy of the earnings press release will be available on the company's investor relations web site at http://investors.hrblock.com.

At 8:15 a.m. EST on Dec. 6, the company will hold its investor conference in New York City. H&R Block's senior leaders will outline the company's growth strategies and outlook.

Analysts and institutional investors interested in attending the conference are required to register before Friday, Nov. 30, by contacting Andrea Cook at acook@hrblock.com.
