Liberty Tax to Report Fiscal 2013 Second Quarter Results on December 4

Will Host Investor Day on December 12

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - November 15, 2012 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - JTH Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ:TAX) the parent company of Liberty Tax Service, will report fiscal 2013 second quarter results on Tuesday, December 4, before the market opens. At that time, a copy of the press release will be available on the company’s investor relations website at www.libertytax.com.
