The exclusive event was one of the largest industry gatherings of franchise executives and business coaching professionals, who strategized and planned how they can do their part to help fuel the economy through small business ownership and increase the success rate of small businesses nationwide.

Taking place at Fort Lauderdale’s Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, the FSBI conference was action packed with educational roundtables, networking opportunities, and general sessions that were designed to generate thought-provoking ideas on how to propel people to a new, improved version of themselves, or what’s being called You 2.0®. Franchise industry executives and business coaches also discussed strategies for strengthening programs that help individuals realize their potential in business ownership and franchising, including initiatives to support women going into or in business, called WEBB Women Empowered by Business® as well as initiatives to support veterans, called Veteran2Entrepreneur (V2E®).
The conference inspired business owners to take a look at the state of their company—including dangers, opportunities and strengths—and be proactive by creating the next enhanced version of their business, or Your Business 2.0®. Attendees walked away with tangible, results-driven ideas to help fine tune and grow their business, empowered to exceed performance from the previous year.
