November 20, 2012 - Las Vegas- Aruba is not a big island, but it does have myriad business owners looking to reach their full potential. Dave Martinus is the newest ActionCOACH Business Coach in Aruba, joining Arthur Rosaria’s Dutch Caribbean firm in Oranjestad with the goal of helping build a strong local economy throughout the city and Aruba itself. Arthur Rosaria, firm owner for the Dutch Caribbean manages the office in Curacao.
“I’ve been doing trainings for different kinds of organizations over the last six years in business, management and personal development but ActionCOACH provides me with the opportunity to coach companies with a fantastic system already in place,” Martinus said.
ActionCOACH is the world’s leader in business and executive coaching. When Brad Sugars, Chairman and Founder, started the company in 1993, the concept of business coaching was still in its infancy. By franchising the company in 1997, Sugars helped business coaching become more mainstream turning it into the second fastest growing category behind Information Technology. ActionCOACH specializes in coaching small to medium sized businesses as well as executive teams and group coaching.
“For the past 17 years I’ve worked in Sales and Marketing and I’ve had the opportunity to work on different levels of business, both local and international and I’ve been able to produce record sales and profits for the companies I’ve worked for,” Martinus said.
In addition to his successful career, Martinus is very involved with Junior Chamber International, a non-profit organization with over 200,000 members world-wide that empowers young people to create positive change in their communities. In 2011 he was the organization’s International Vice President.
Martinus began his journey as an ActionCOACH Business Coach in Las Vegas, Nevada where the ActionCOACH Global Office is located. Here he spent 10 days training with other new firm owners and business coaches from around the world. They learned the ins and outs of ActionCOACH, how to run a business the ActionCOACH way, branding, systems and techniques, as well as how to apply their knowledge to any business and much more.
“I’m very proud to be an ActionCOACH Business Coach because coaching helps to change people’s businesses and their lives for the better,” Martinus said.
ActionCOACH is the world’s number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in more than 45 countries, coaching more than 15,000 businesses every week. To learn more, go to actioncoach.com.
