Liquid Nutrition Opens First International Location in Bahamas

New locations scheduled to open in Canada, United States and United Arab Emirates

TORONTO - November 27, 2012 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Liquid Nutrition Group Inc. (“Liquid Nutrition” or “Company”) (TSX-V: LQD.V and LQD.WT) announced today the opening of the first international location in Nassau, Bahamas.

“Our first international location is a major milestone for Liquid Nutrition, but equally important we have a pipeline of stores scheduled to open later this year and through 2013.”
The location is Liquid Nutrition’s 12th location open and the first outside of Canada.

Glenn Young, President, Liquid Nutrition Group Inc. is responsible for overseeing the rapidly expanding company.

Calgary, AB - Finalizing lease agreement

Lease agreements are being finalized in Los Angeles and New York City with the first U.S. location scheduled to open in March 2013.

With over 80 franchises sold in 2012, Liquid Nutrition is poised to quickly expand its presence in the marketplace.
