Payne & Kennedy Join the RE/MAX® Family

RE/MAX® Legacy recently opened their doors bringing long-time Lindale residents Kerissa Payne and Kameron Kennedy to the forefront of Lindale real estate. 

Lindale, Texas (PRWEB) December 12, 2012 - In October of 2012 Lyle and Kerissa Payne purchased a RE/MAX® franchise. On November 1, 2012 they opened the doors at RE/MAX® Legacy in Lindale, Texas. Working with Texas Biz Solutions, the agency has launched an upgraded website and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database.

RE/MAX® is the industry leader in total transactions, web visits and advertising. By joining the RE/MAX® family, The RE/MAX® Legacy office builds on its’ already-growing business. Broker/Owner Kerissa Payne is excited about the opportunity to join the RE/MAX® family. “Opening my own real estate firm has been a goal and dream since obtaining my real estate license in 2008,” she said.

Payne has been a practicing REALTOR® since 2008 and is familiar with the area, particularly since she has lived in Lindale most of her life. “I feel blessed and honored to have the opportunity to serve my clients within the community that my husband and I were raised, and the community in which we have chosen to raise our family,” according to Payne. Payne and her husband Lyle have three children; Baylor, Mattison and Tyler.

Payne’s brother, Kameron Kennedy, also joined RE/MAX® Legacy. Kennedy has been a practicing REALTOR® since 2011. He has also been a resident of Lindale most of his life and is a Lindale High School graduate. Kennedy and his wife Darisse have three children; Braeden, Malachi, and Eleanor.

Payne and RE/MAX® Legacy are also joined by Office Manager, Jerri Johnson, who has been with them for the past year and a half. Johnson has also lived in Lindale nearly her entire life and is very familiar with the area. She and her husband Caleb have two children; Madilyn and Turner.

With the franchise purchase, the real-estate company has also recently launched an upgraded website that offers an improved Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which better connects potential home buyers and sellers, with the increased convenience of a mobile application. The improvements have been applied to better-serve clients in the area and help them find their home buying or selling solution.
