PuroClean Chosen to Provide Property Damage Restoration Services for Allstate Policy Holders

Tamarac, FL (December 4, 2012) – PuroClean, the premier fire and water damage emergency services response network, announced today that its franchisees will have an opportunity to service Allstate policyholders through the newly announced Property Good Hands Repair Network program.

Through the newly formed agreement, PuroClean franchisees can be assigned loss referrals to service Allstate policyholders’ property emergency claims related to water, fire, mold and biohazard damage. All franchisees will adhere to strict program guidelines which guarantee that all Allstate agents and policyholders will receive consistent services where Allstate insures commercial and residential properties. The guidelines include a specific timeline and process for each job so all parties have the same expectations and Allstate policyholders receive the premier service they have come to expect from PuroClean.

“We’re eager to service Allstate policyholders and continue to uphold the company’s commitment to superior customer service,” said Lauren Reid, CEO of PuroClean. “Our franchisees understand that considerations of Allstate and those they insure will take priority over considerations for their own business; this philosophy allows us to build and maintain strong relationships with leading insurance carriers like Allstate.”

Each year, PuroClean performs more than 50,000 jobs throughout the U.S. by providing restoration services from common household mishaps to large scale disasters. PuroClean currently has a comprehensive network of approximately 300 franchise offices around the US and Canada offering State of the Science emergency mitigation, restoration and recovery services to address fire and smoke damage, water damage, flood water removal, mold issues and bio-hazard clean up.
