SNR Denton Represents PiYi Investment in 10,000-Square-Foot Lease at 40 Wall Street in NYC

December 12, 2012 // Franchising.com // New York - The New York real estate practice of law firm SNR Denton has advised PiYi Investment Limited in a nearly 10,000 square-foot-lease at 40 Wall Street in Lower Manhattan.

This is the first US location for PiYi Investment, a cross-border private equity and financial services company, which will occupy the entire 52nd floor of the landmarked 40 Wall Street. The lease terms is for 10 years and five months. The 72-story classic art deco building, also known as The Trump Building, is the tallest building in downtown New York City.

Leading the SNR Denton team that provided legal counsel to PiYi Investment was Gary Goodman, who heads the firm's New York Real Estate practice and its global Real Estate, Retails and Hotels sector team. SNR Denton partner Andrew Weiner also provided legal counsel.
Chase MacLeod of UGL Services was PiYi Investment's real estate broker.
