INDIANAPOLIS, IND. - (December 21, 2012) - Real estate associate broker Bill Hacker of RE/MAX Legends has been presented the Realtor of the Year Award by the Northside division of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS®. MIBOR, the professional association representing Central Indiana real estate professionals, recognized Hacker with this prestigious award for demonstrating extraordinary service to his community and for his dedication to the real estate industry.

Hacker brings over thirty years of experience as a full-time real estate professional, specializing in the marketing and sale of Indianapolis condos and homes. He began his career in real estate with new construction sales before joining RE/MAX in 1989.

Hacker is a six-time RE/MAX Executive Club and Presidents Club member for top earnings, and in 2003, he was named to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for career success and service achievements. He received the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors Distinguished Service Award in 2009, and was named a Five Star Certified Agent by the Indianapolis Business Journal in 2010 and 2011. He is currently a member of the Realtor Foundation Board of Directors.
Hacker is a volunteer for Washington Township Schools, The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, and the Conner Prairie Alliance. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, gourmet foods and scuba diving. He and his wife, Ginny, have two sons and one grandson.
