Wingstop Celebrates Grand Opening in Phoenix, Offers Free Wings January 5

December 27, 2012 // Franchising.com // RICHARDSON, Texas – Calling all wing fans!Wingstop, the award-winning chicken wing chain with over 540 locations has officially landed its seventh restaurant in the Phoenix-area and the Wing Experts are celebrating with free wings for guests on January 5.

Located at 5125 West Indian School Road, Wingstop will host a grand opening “Take 8” event at the new location and offer eight free wings to guests, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, January 5, no purchase necessary.

The “Take 8” event offers guests their choice of eight classic or boneless wings, sauced and tossed in any one of Wingstop’s signature flavors, including fan favorites Original Hot, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Hickory Smoked BBQ, while supplies last.

“Wingstop has a great following in the Phoenix-area and what better way to say ‘thank you’ to our fans and introduce ourselves to new people in the community than by giving everyone a chance to try our signature wings for free,” said Charles Loflin, owner of the new restaurant.

Known for it’s sole focus on cooked-to-order chicken, the Wingstop menu features classic and boneless wings, chicken strips and Glider sandwiches – all sauced and tossed in 10 original flavors. Homemade side dishes include fresh-cut seasoned fries, made daily from Idaho potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad.
