Weichert, Realtors Names Peter Surhoff Vice President of Information Services

January 04, 2013 // Franchising.com // Jack Cox, CFO and vice president of Weichert, Realtors, is pleased to announce that Peter Surhoff, a 25-year IT veteran and former vice president of IT for Major League Baseball (MLB), has recently been named vice president of information services.

In his former role, Surhoff, a long time resident of Manalapan and graduate of Caldwell College, oversaw all aspects of technology operations, including the delivery of IT products and services to MLB customers, as well as providing support to the organization's internal systems, applications and processes. In recognition of his leadership and high-level strategic oversight, Surhoff was recently nominated for a Sports Emmy Award for his work on the MLB's DIAMOND Platform, which is utilized daily to research and produce broadcast quality programming for both MLB Network and MLB Productions, and to archive, search and retrieve video content for use by Major League Baseball.
