2013 ICR XChange Conference and the Raymond James Institutional Investors Conference

DENVER - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Jan. 7, 2013 - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG) today announced that the Company will present at two investor conferences.

On Thursday, January 17, 2013, the Company will present at the 15th Annual ICR XChange Conference at The Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. The presentation will begin at 11:05 AM Eastern time.

On Tuesday, March 5, 2013, the Company will present at the Raymond James 34th Annual Institutional Investors Conference at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. The presentation will begin at 11:00 AM Eastern time.

Both presentations will be webcast live from the Company's Web site, chipotle.com, under the investor relations section. An archived webcast will be available after the conclusion of both presentations.
