DQ® Orange Julius® Store Opens in Sheridan

Dairy Queen® Brings Newest Treat Concept to the City

January 08, 2013 // Franchising.com // SHERIDAN, Wyo. - The Dairy Queen® system always has been about sharing smiles and stories. Now the treat category leader and one of the leaders in quick-service restaurants has opened a second DQ® Orange Julius® store in Sheridan. Located inside the Wal-Mart at 1659 Coffeen Ave., the 380 square-foot restaurant employs a staff of two.

“I am thrilled to have the second DQ Orange Julius store in Sheridan open and ready to serve our customers,” said operator Brock Boedecker. “The Dairy Queen system is the world-wide treat leader, and we offer a fabulous selection of cravable treats including all of the Dairy Queen and many Orange Julius favorites. Our customers will love the additional location we’re bringing to the Sheridan community.”

The DQ Orange Julius store in Sheridan features DQ favorites, such as iconic Blizzard® Treats, MooLatté® frozen coffee flavored beverages, Blizzard Cakes and a wide variety of other soft-serve items, as well as the delicious Orange Julius Premium Fruit Smoothies and fruit-blended beverages on the menu. Orange Julius Premium Fruit Smoothies are made with real fruit and low-fat yogurt, and are blended fresh for customers upon ordering. The refreshing, frothy real fruit Julius Originals are also blended fresh. Flavors for both Julius Originals and Premium Fruit Smoothies include Orange, Strawberry, Strawberry Banana, Tripleberry® and Mango Pineapple.

“We are looking to provide the Sheridan community with a great treat location, from that morning smoothie to the after-the-movie Blizzard Treat,” said Boedecker.
