Keller Williams Realty of Brandon excitedly anticipates the roll out of their new mobile app and expansion to their new Valrico location.

Brandon, FL, January 16, 2013 - (PR.com) - Keller Williams Realty of Brandon continues to thrive through growth and implementation of technology. As the highest ranked Keller Williams office in Tampa, the Brandon office is excitedly anticipating the new technology roll out of the Keller Williams mobile app and expansion to their new Valrico location.

The Keller Williams Brandon agents are trained to utilize the latest technology and consistently search for ways to provide added value to customers. In early 2013, all Keller Williams agents will be equipped with an app that will help customers search for a new home, using instant access to new listings from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). The app is accessible with the iPad, iPhone and other Android smart phones.

Agents anticipate home buyers and home sellers will benefit immensely through the hosted hot spot maps and listing details. “This app will be a tremendous tool for our home buyers and sellers,” explains Lisa Spencer, Broker and Team Leader at the Keller Williams Brandon office. “They will be able to stay in touch with Real Estate listings the minute they are available on the market, all from the palm of their hand!”

The Brandon office is also eager of their grand opening in Bloomingdale/Valrico in spring 2013. Many of the Brandon agents reside in the heart of Valrico, which gives them an advantage of first hand local knowledge and experience that only comes from being based in the area. Additionally, having an attractive office in the hub of the suburban Bloomingdale corridor provides a convenient location for their clients.
