Michael Rosenberger to Focus Exclusively on Franchise Expansion and Growth

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Jan. 22, 2013 // PRNewswire // - American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB:ANPZ), the operator and franchisor of America's award-winning Dick's Wings® restaurants, announced today that it has hired Hooters® veteran Rick Akam to serve as Chief Operating Officer for Dick's Wings and Grill.

Akam will join the 16-unit Dick's Wings and Grill operations effective immediately, and will direct operational improvements, growth strategies and provide seasoned expertise in brand development strategies. Akam most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for Twin Peaks® Restaurants. He has also served as President of Hooters of America and Chief Operating Officer for Raving Brands® and First Watch® restaurants.
