FrozenPeaks™ Completes Merger with Crave Yogurt

Whippany, NJ (PRWEB) January 23, 2013 - FrozenPeaks International LLC, the New Jersey-based self-serve frozen yogurt franchise, announced today that it has successfully completed a merger with Crave frozen yogurt, a well-known self-serve frozen yogurt chain located exclusively in New York City. The new company will operate under the FrozenPeaks™ brand name in six locations throughout the metropolitan area.

Supporting Mena and his expertise in the food service and retail environment are Crave executives Ronald E. Cohen and Victor Chera, who both have extensive experience in real estate development specifically for retail stores.

Cohen is a renowned successful real estate developer and private investor in the public and private sectors. Mr. Cohen held various positions at his family-owned and operated drugstore giant Duane Reade. During his tenure, Duane Reade achieved the highest sales per square foot of any drugstore in the US.

Chera has made his mark as an accomplished businessman, entrepreneur and real estate developer. He was instrumental in the profitability and expansion of his family’s business, Wertheimer’s Department Stores. He also leveraged his fashion and retail experience in the successful launch of a niche clothing retail operation.
