Hughes is developing five mobile locations, and dozens of retail cart or kiosk locations throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

Step 1: The guest chooses a treasure form in a variety of shapes. Step 2: The guest decorates the sand impression with Island Bling, including shells, sea glass, rocks, or tons of other cool items. Step 3: Proprietary Island Mud plaster is poured into the form, and 15 minutes later after some detailing, the project is done and ready to go!

The IslandTime Treasures franchise opportunity is available as a mobile unit, retail cart or kiosk, and regional development depending on business needs and goals. Franchise investment levels start at an affordable $15,900 and include a comprehensive startup kit that includes everything a new owner needs to begin scheduling events and making money.

Mobile unit owners provide the IslandTime Treasures unique product experience for birthday parties, events, fairs and festivals, school and church fundraisers, plus many other venues. Mobile unit owners receive a minimum protected territory of 200,000 in population and can also grow sales in their territory through the ownership of additional retail carts and kiosk units.

For resorts, waterparks, family entertainment centers, attractions, aquariums, theme parks, zoos, malls, cruise lines, and other public venues, the IslandTime Treasures retail carts or fixed kiosks are "kid magnets" and can provide excellent incremental property income. IslandTime Treasures carts and kiosks can be operated part-time or year-round, depending on the venue requirements. Cart and kiosk locations do not receive a protected territory and are restricted to doing retail business at the installed location.
