After opening its first location Jan. 28, 2008 in Greenwood Village, Colo., Garbanzo has since expanded to 15 Colorado-based, company-owned locations with two stores set to open in the Baltimore/D.C. area in February and March 2013. Garbanzo is also regularly welcoming new franchisees to the scene, with franchised locations already open in Oklahoma City and San Antonio, and many more on the docket for 2013. New locations are expected in Orange County, Calif., northern New Jersey and Edmond, Okla., between March and May of this year.
