Good Feet in Portland, Oregon Offers Community Free Foot Exams by Podiatrist

Good Feet’s community event on Feb. 16, 2012 will feature complimentary foot examinations by Dr. Robert Geister, DPM. The Podiatrist will be giving free 10 minute foot examinations from 11am to 3pm and it is first come, first serve.

Portland, OR, January 31, 2013 - (PR.com) - Good Feet, a local retailer of custom-fitted arch supports and natural sponge rubber cushions, announced today their upcoming Foot Check event in Clackamas, Oregon.

An estimated 87 percent of the general population suffers from foot-related problems. A majority of these foot-related problems can be linked to improper support for flat feet or high arches, wearing improper footwear, walking or standing on hard surfaces for long periods of time, and being overweight or suffering from sports injuries. While many people looking for relief turn to the various arch supports and cushion products they see in retailers like drug and grocery stores, Good Feet takes the process to another level.

Good Feet in Oregon takes health issues seriously by exclusively offering free foot examinations to their customers. Every quarter they have it at a different location, the upcoming event on February 16, 2013 will be at their Clackamas location. They want their community to be able to resolve foot related issues by offering them time with a Podiatrist, followed by a custom fitting.

Good Feet offers a variety of different sizes and styles of arch supports to match with the customer’s lifestyle and foot related issues. They created the free health event to thank their community and customers for their support in buying local and purchasing products that are made in America.

The event will be held Saturday, February 16th at the Clackamas location on 82nd Ave and Johnson Creek Blvd. next to Fred Meyers. The Podiatrist will be giving free 10 minute foot examinations from 11am to 3pm and it is first come, first serve. Customers may sign up at the store prior to the event and will be given a foot scan before seeing the Podiatrist. Followed by the exam will be a presentation by Good Feet’s certified arch support fitters.
