Zinga Frozen Yogurt Expands Into Southern California in a Big Way

Franchisees bring “The World’s Best Frozen Yogurt” to Culver City

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) February 01, 2013 - With one Grand Opening under their belts the latest Zinga Frozen Yogurt franchisees are on schedule to add many more stores to the Los Angeles area.

The newest Zinga Frozen Yogurt is located at 4114 Sepulveda Blvd. in the new Culver Crossroads Center in Culver City at the intersection of Sepulveda and Washington Boulevards. Other tenants slated to open at Culver Crossroads include Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s, Chipotle, Pei Wei, Chase Bank, and Blaze Pizza. The store is the first to be opened by franchisees Mike Cochran and Rick Swisher. The two are veterans of Domino’s Pizza in Southern California and bring a combined more than 50 years of restaurant experience to the fast growing frozen yogurt concept in the U.S.

“Entrepreneurs are always looking for the next great opportunity and we found that opportunity with Zinga Frozen Yogurt,” said Cochran. “We were impressed first, by self-serve fresh healthful frozen yogurt with dozens of toppings. Southern California would seem the ideal place to build a number of Zinga Frozen Yogurt stores. Frozen yogurt is a healthier alternative to ice cream and Zinga offers a variety of fat free and low calorie frozen yogurt flavors and more than 50 delicious toppings. All of Zinga’s flavors meet the National Yogurt Association’s criteria for “live and active culture yogurt.”
