Homewood Suites By Hilton Opens Hotel In Coralville: Iowa River Landing, IA

February 07, 2013 // Franchising.com // McLean, VA – Homewood Suites by Hilton, the international brand of upscale, all-suite, residential-style hotels, today announced the opening of its newest property in Coralville – Iowa River Landing, IA. Creating 20 permanent jobs, the six story, 95-suite hotel is owned by Cantilever Hotels, LLC / Lincoln and Lisa McIlravy and managed by Sagacity, Inc. General Manager Matthew Traetow has been in the hotel industry for 15 years, and is supported by Sales Manager Kimberly Morgan.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Coralville – Iowa River Landing, offers studio, one- and two-bedroom suites, with additional guest amenities including a daily complimentary full hot breakfast in the hotel’s hospitality center—the “Lodge”—a full evening meal with drinks* Monday-Thursday, and a 24-hour on-site pantry. The hotel also offers a pool, fully-equipped fitness center, 24-hour executive business center and a 740 square foot library that can also be used as meeting space.

The hotel is located at 921 E. 2nd Ave., situated in the new Iowa River Landing district, minutes away from the University of Iowa, Kinnick Stadium and Carver Hawkeye Arena. The property is also a short drive away from the Coral Ridge Mall and University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.
